1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using TinyHealers ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be the legal guardian or parent of the child receiving consultation
• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information
• You must have a valid payment method for paid consultations

3. NATURE OF SERVICES

• TinyHealers is a telehealth platform for online pediatric consultations for non-emergency conditions
• This service is not a substitute for emergency care. If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, please contact emergency services immediately
• Services include video/audio consultations, digital prescriptions, and follow-up support
• All consultations are conducted by licensed pediatricians

4. BOOKING AND CONSULTATIONS

• Consultation duration is typically 15 minutes and subject to doctor discretion based on clinical need
• Patients may contact the doctor for follow-up within 24–48 hours of consultation for related concerns only
• A stable internet connection and quiet environment are essential
• Payment must be completed before the consultation begins
• Missed appointments without prior cancellation may forfeit the consultation fee

5. PAYMENT TERMS

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Consultation fees must be paid in advance
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment confirmation will be sent via email and SMS

• Digital prescriptions are based on symptoms described, history provided, and parent-reported information

• Follow medication instructions carefully and consult immediately if adverse reactions occur

9. DATA PRIVACY AND RECORDINGS

• Some consultations may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes
• Patient data is handled with utmost confidentiality in compliance with applicable data protection laws
• Medical records are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel
• Data will never be shared or sold to third parties without explicit consent

10. PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

• TinyHealers is a technology facilitator connecting patients with doctors
• We do not provide medical care directly
• The platform is not liable for clinical outcomes or medical decisions
• Our liability is limited to the consultation fee paid
• We are not responsible for delays in care due to technical issues or remote diagnosis limitations

• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications
• Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of new terms

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka
• Any legal proceedings must be conducted in English
